Living Sacrifice Church

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. ²Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Welcome

We are a brand-new church start up in the Chesapeake and Virginia Beach area. We are
firmly established in the Wesleyan stream of Christianity and are affiliated with the Global
Methodist Church. We are small group based and want to empower our small group leaders to
disciple those who are meeting in their homes. We believe that each small group should
eventually take ownership over their own mission to the community and world. The Sunday
worship experience is not a place simply to receive a blessing, but is a time of equipping the
missionaries to live out the mission of their small group.

Jesus is the best and only thing the Church has to offer. We are not a program-based
church, but a discipleship-based church. We don’t want to attract people to our programs. We
want to attract people with Jesus, to Jesus. Come join us. Let us grow in Christ and Community
together as we seek to be Living Sacrifices giving our All for Him!
